A carry-on or large suitcase, get currency ahead of time or wait until I arrive? How many pairs of socks and underwear do we really need and I guess a windbreaker really is a good idea to tuck in somewhere. Surely anything I forget will be in a store somewhere.

Get your euros ahead of time, I’d say. We always go to Vancouver Currency and Boullion exchange downtown as they give better rates than the banks. And bringing a windbreaker to Scotland is a must! A raincoat is a must!
